The electric board with star / delta starting are designed and manufactured in accordance with current regulations for controlling motors of medium and big powers, from size of 7.5kW (10HP) included up. This start system allows you to avoid the problems of excessive absorption in the starting phase, as the engines are started initially by a star connection (so to 690V), using less initial current, and then move to a delta connection (400V) at the time when the motor runs up to speed, all via a timed system that allows the switching of the control contactors installed inside the switchboard. Each picture presents lights of voltage signaling, thermal trip of the motor running and, in addition to the button of start and stop the motor and to stop button mushroom emergency. All this is contained in a painted steel box with brackets for wall mounting, disconnecting switch with door lock system for feeding the framework and lock to close the door. The interface with the users is performed through the terminal block positioned in the lower part of the framework, where they are made available, in addition to the terminals for the power supply of the motor, even those for a possible interfacing with a pushbutton start / stop and stop Emergency remote. The supply also includes wiring diagrams, made in compliance with applicable regulations. A request may be integrated different optional, among which ammeter for displaying the current consumption, operating hours counter for counting the hours of work of the motor and cable glands for the cable entry of the users to manage, in addition to countless customizations, in function of customer needs.
